Combat Rules
Declare your attack, compare Combat scores. The higher score wins. Attacker wins ties. The loser loses one health. When health is reduced to 0 or less the character is dying. A character is not impaired until they are unconscious and dying. Unconscious persons must be carried by people with a combined Combat + Health skill of 5 or better.
The character stays ‘dying’ for three minutes, and then dies.
A dying character can be killed by another character or NPC automatically.
If a character is in negative health, then they must receive medical care that restores them to at least 1 Health. Anything less than that is ineffective.
No Multiple Combat: Each attack must take place separately, one at a time. If a player or NPC is attacked, they must be given an opportunity to make an attack on someone before they are attacked again. If there is more than one person that wants to attack an individual, each of them must be allowed to make a first attack before anyone gets to make a second attack.
